Japan's NTT weighs potential $38 billion buyout of wireless unit Docomo

Japan's state-backed Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corp (NTT) is considering taking full control of its wireless network business in a deal worth as much as 4 trillion yen ($38 billion) and which could spark a period of mobile price cuts.
