Google Pixel smartphones are known for their software features and one such feature helped in saving the life of a man. The Pixel smartphones come with a Car Crash Detection feature which saved the life of a man who was trapped inside heavy machinery for hours.

This despite the fact I’ve been supporting decentralized software, as a counterweight or at least alternative to the growing power of governments and megacorps, for years now .
