PhonePe launches Income Tax payment feature: How to get started and other details

PhonePe has launched an Income Tax payment feature on its app. The feature is aimed to allow taxpayers, both individuals and businesses, to pay tax using the PhonePe app. The digital payments services company has partnered with PayMate, a digital B2B payments and service provider, to enable this feature.

This despite the fact I’ve been supporting decentralized software, as a counterweight or at least alternative to the growing power of governments and megacorps, for years now .
